Empowering Parents of Children with Allergies
Hi, we are the Jameson family.
Two parents to two incredible, chaos-loving Raptors (kids) who also happen to have 13 severe allergies each (yes, you read that right). Since the day they were born, I’ve been deep in the trenches of allergy parenting: decoding food labels like it’s a second language, navigating endless NHS life admin, and learning how to cook meals that are safe and actually taste good — all on a busy working schedule.
The Early Days? Not Easy.
We spent the first year of parenting in a fog of anxiety. We didn’t know what was wrong with our baby, and we missed out on what should have been a joyful, snuggly, biscuit-crumb-filled phase of life. Instead, it was symptom trackers, supermarket stress, and far too many boring dinners that reminded me of my nan’s awful cooking (no offence, Nan).
I desperately wished I had someone who got it — someone who could say, “Yep, you’re not overreacting. Allergies are serious. And no, you’re not failing.”
So we created Allergy Wingman to be that someone for you.

We are not perfect. We are tired, trying, and figuring it out one pancake at a time. But we’ve learned a lot — and we want to pass that on so you can breathe a little easier.
You’ve got this. And we’ve got you.
Welcome to Allergy Wingman.
