Step 1: One-on-One Zoom Call (1 Hour)
We’ll talk through your child’s dietary needs, allergies, and any guidance you’ve been given by your clinic’s dietitian. Think of it as a judgement-free vent and plan session with someone who gets it.
Step 2: Personalised 2-Week Meal Plan
Based on your needs, we’ll create a totally do-able two-week meal plan. No fluff, no faff—just simple, safe, and actually tasty meals the whole family can enjoy.
Step 3: Recipes + Ready-to-Go Shopping Lists
You’ll get family-friendly recipes (including substitutes and freezer tips) plus shopping lists organised by store section and allergen safety. No more standing in the aisle Googling “Can toddlers live off rice cakes?”
Bonus: We’re always just a message away if you need a quick check-in or can’t remember if coconut counts as a tree nut. (Spoiler: it depends—don’t worry, we’ll walk you through it.)
